Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to return the item.
Changed your mind
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first to get the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened personal care items and used pet products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the returns policy above applies.
